This 90 minute class is designed to make you sweat and appreciate your body while dancing to your favorite hip hop hits! Start with 45 minutes of hip hop cardio with a playlist that will make you feel like you just rolled up to the club with your squad. Finish with beginner-level sexy hip hop choreography to build your self-confidence and community, and have a lil somethin somethin to show off to your friends or significant other. No previous dance experience necessary, just be ready to WERK!
